Guangfu Ancient City: Tai Chi Birthplace & Historic Water Town

Guangfu Ancient City Scenic Spot is located in Guangfu Town, Yongnian District, Handan City, Hebei Province. It is a national 5A tourist attraction, a famous historical and cultural town in China, and a national wetland park. It has a profound historical and cultural heritage, beautiful scenery of the northern water town, and a long history of Taiji Culture. It is a unique ancient city, water city, and Taiji city in China. The ancient city of Guangfu has more than 2600 years of history. The perimeter of the city wall is 4.5 kilometres, and the area of the city is 1.5 square kilometres. There are many historical relics and remains inside and outside the ancient city, including Guangfu Ancient City and Hongji Bridge, and more than 20 provincial and municipal cultural relics protection units, such as the former residence of Yang LuChen and Wu Yuxiang, and the former residence of Wu Ruqing.
