Somewhere in rural China, there’s a replica city that is straight out of the American Wild West – Welcome to Jackson Hole, China! With a jaw-dropping $170 million invested to recreate that classic cowboy vibe in Wyoming, I knew that I had to see this for myself. Is it really as “American” as they claim? Are people actually living there, or is it a ghost town? To help me get to the bottom of it, I teamed up with my friend Rachel, a fellow American who’s been living in China for 8 years and speaks conversational Mandarin. Together, we’re diving into this strange town to uncover the truth – from cowboy hats to horse riding to sizzling steaks, we’re exploring just how wild (and weird) this “Western” town really is.
