Luchun County in Yunnan Province, China, is nestled among thousands of mountains and borders Vietnam, making it a mysterious border city. Due to its unique geographic location, entering Luchun County requires ID registration. There is only one national highway leading out of the area; if you plan to travel from Kunming, Yunnan to Luchun County, it is recommended to first take a train to Jianshui County, then purchase a long-distance bus ticket at the Jianshui County bus station for a direct ride to Luchun County. Luchun County is built on a mountaintop at an altitude of 1,700 meters, with steep slopes on both sides, a narrow, elongated terrain, and is surrounded by dense forests. The climate here is spring-like all year round, with neither harsh winters nor scorching summers. The entire city has no traffic lights—only one main road, Daxing Street, runs through it. When fog rolls in, the whole city appears to be shrouded in mist; especially under the glow of the evening clouds, warm sunlight pierces the fog to create a dreamlike, picturesque scene that is truly breathtaking—an ideal destination for photography enthusiasts.
