We went to the Longsheng (Longji) Rice Terraces in Guilin, in the Guangxi Province of China! A perfect day trip from Guilin, can easily be turned into an overnight stay for us. Stepping away from the city life, we explored the rice terraces which are located just a few hours outside of Guilin. We stayed in a local guesthouse and hiked through the rice terraces taking in its beauty! This is something you need to put on your China Bucket List!
