Join us as we explore one of China’s most unique minority communities tucked away in the mountains. Today we visit the Miao people and step inside their culture of long hair traditions, silver crowns, vibrant clothing, and village life.
We dressed up in full traditional outfits, watched their performances, tried local food, met the locals, and spent the day wandering through one of the biggest Miao villages in the region. It’s touristy in parts, but the people, colours, and stories still shine through.
