In this week's video, Jack explores one of Shanghai's disappearing neighbourhoods in the centre of the city. In many cities in China neighbourhoods like this one, Laoximen are getting demolished. These places are people's homes but also are old and maybe not the most safe. As with most things in life there are always two sides to the story. Jack goes to visit the neighbourhood to speak to some of the people the demolition is affecting and see the neighbourhood before it is resigned to the history books.
